Nicki Vincent has built her career around one core principle: meaningful relationships create meaningful opportunities. Throughout more than three decades in business development and executive leadership, she has helped professionals and organizations expand their influence through strategic networking and trusted partnerships.

As Executive Director of the Association for Corporate Growth Minnesota (ACGMN), Nicki transformed one of the nation’s leading middle-market business organizations by quadrupling membership, expanding educational programming, and cultivating a thriving community of private equity professionals, investment bankers, attorneys, lenders, accountants, and corporate executives. During her tenure, she also launched the successful Executives in Transition networking series, providing career support and valuable connections for professionals navigating executive transitions.

Today, Nicki advises organizations through NV Brands, where she helps companies identify strategic partnerships, strengthen business development initiatives, connect with investors, and pursue capital, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions opportunities. She also supports innovative organizations by connecting developers, lenders, investors, and strategic partners on transformational projects.
