Mentor Selection

The executive reviews the mentors’ backgrounds and selects their top choice. An introductory meeting ensures the right chemistry and alignment before the partnership begins.

Mentoring Relationships
Mentor and mentee connect via videoconference twice a month for up to eight months, with ongoing access for urgent support. Sessions are guided by a flexible roadmap, but always tailored to the executive’s evolving needs and challenges. Together, they develop and execute 90-day action plans that integrate seamlessly with company culture and team dynamics.
