Lorri Anderson has dedicated more than three decades to helping organizations and leaders achieve success through effective talent strategies, leadership development, and executive coaching. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive teams to build high-performing organizations while guiding leaders through complex organizational and career transitions.
Her extensive human resources leadership experience includes senior roles with Northwestern Travel, ExpressPoint Technology Services, Logic PD, Compass Electronics Solutions, and Wells Fargo. These leadership positions provided her with deep expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and executive leadership, giving her valuable insight into both employers’ and executives’ perspectives during career transitions.
