As Founder and President of TalentMatters Inc., Rick works closely with organizations to recruit high-impact leaders who align with business objectives and organizational culture. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed and coached more than 250 executives ranging from director-level leaders to C-suite executives, helping companies strengthen leadership pipelines and navigate periods of growth, transformation, and change.
Before launching TalentMatters, Rick held senior human resources leadership positions with Honeywell Technologies, Restaurant Technologies, G&K Services, and Sunbeam Products. These experiences provided him with deep expertise in executive leadership, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning across multiple industries.
