Carrie Heimer is a business-minded executive and strategic advisor with deep expertise in business and people strategy across manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, and consumer goods. In 2025, she founded Elevate Potential LLC, a consulting firm that partners with organizations to navigate transformation, growth, and disruption, translating complex strategies into practical solutions that drive performance and build enduring cultures. For 16 years, Carrie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Red Wing Shoe Company, where she led global people strategy through multiple periods of significant transition and disruption, including two CEO transitions, a global pandemic, a cyberattack, and major supply chain challenges. Her leadership helped transform the organization into a more agile, innovative, and human-centered enterprise, demonstrating her ability to deliver results under pressure while maintaining focus on people and culture.
Carrie remains deeply engaged in thought leadership and community service.
