She brings over 30 years of executive experience in global financial services and private equity–backed organizations, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Allianz and Venerable.
Cathy’s expertise spans enterprise transformation, operations and technology strategy, workforce engagement, governance, and culture alignment. She has led large-scale initiatives that improved scalability, efficiency, and transparency while building leadership capability and organizational resilience. Known for her calm presence, intuitive insight, and results orientation, she blends operational discipline with empathy and candor to support leaders through both everyday demands and pivotal transitions.
