Jennifer Hipskind is an executive coach and leadership facilitator with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience. A former C-level retail executive, she partners with senior and high-potential leaders to navigate transitions, strengthen executive presence, and lead with greater impact.

Biography
Jennifer Hipskind is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with deep experience guiding leaders through complexity, growth, and change. Her career spans more than three decades, including senior executive roles at a large-scale retail organization, where she led operations, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
As a retail executive, Jennifer oversaw large, multi-site store operations and played a key role in shaping customer experience and organizational performance. She led the startup and expansion of Sephora Inside JCPenney, managing cross-functional teams and navigating the challenges of launching a new business model within an established enterprise. She also oversaw capital investment initiatives to improve store environments and enhance the customer journey.
Today, Jennifer works with leaders across industries to strengthen leadership capability and drive measurable results. She helps executives sharpen strategic thinking, build influence with key stakeholders, and lead with greater clarity and confidence. Known for her direct, practical approach, she holds leaders accountable to clear goals and actionable outcomes.
In addition to her independent coaching work, Jennifer serves as an executive coach and workshop facilitator with The ELI Group. She holds coaching certifications from Coach Training Alliance and BetterUp.
