Mary Jayne Crocker brings extensive leadership experience across banking, strategy, operations, communications, governance, and leadership development.

She began her career at Bridgewater Bank as its first employee and went on to serve as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, as well as COO and EOS Integrator. She played a key role in helping guide the organization to $5.4 billion in assets.

Mary Jayne continues to serve Bridgewater Bank as a Board Director. She is also an ICF-certified coach with a strong commitment to mentoring emerging leaders and developing accountable, inclusive cultures.

Mary Jayne Crocker is one of the Twin Cities’ most recognized banking and strategy executives, with a career spanning the full range of organizational leadership. She joined Bridgewater Bank as its first employee and ultimately served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, helping guide the institution to $5.4 billion in assets. She also served as COO and EOS Integrator, giving her a comprehensive perspective on how high-performing organizations are built, managed, and sustained. She continues to serve Bridgewater Bank as a Board Director.

Beyond banking, Mary Jayne serves on the Advisory Board for S&P’s Community Bankers Conference and on the boards of TeamWomen and Merevie. She is a founding member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Women’s Leadership Council and an ICF-certified coach.

Her work reflects a deep commitment to mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening organizational accountability, and building inclusive cultures.
