At IBM, Sumaiya led global technology acquisition initiatives that contributed to IBM’s transformation into an AI and cloud-first organization. She later joined letus (formerly RentMoola), where she led both Product and Talent functions, helping the company scale successfully ahead of its acquisition.
As a Google Women Tech Ambassador, she championed diversity in technology by mentoring professionals and delivering keynote presentations that inspired women in tech.
Currently, Sumaiya serves as the Chief Product Officer at Mpowa, leading product strategy and innovation for AI and Web3 solutions. She is passionate about building products that combine emerging technologies with exceptional user experiences.
