Thomas Schlick is a transformational leader and customer-focused business operations executive with over 40 years of experience guiding organizations through high-growth phases and challenging turnarounds. He has held C-suite and senior leadership roles, including COO, SVP, and VP positions, with P&L responsibility at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Emerson, ACCO Brands, XRS Corporation, and Entrust Datacard. Thomas excels at moving seamlessly from vision and strategy to tactical execution, building cohesive, high-performing teams, and driving cross-functional alignment.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in operational execution, developing customer service and new revenue streams, and leading global multi-site ventures. Mr. Schlick is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
Currently, he is a Mentor with Executive Springboard and serves as an Executive Coach & Operational Consultant with CO2 Coaching and is also an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University teaching Business Process Improvement in their graduate school of business.
