Steve Moss has held senior marketing leadership roles at Gilbey Canada, Pillsbury International, Nestlé Ice Cream, and Imation. Throughout his career, he has successfully revitalized iconic global brands including Smirnoff, Green Giant, Häagen-Dazs, and Drumstick.

He later founded Executive Springboard to help develop high-potential leaders through strategic mentoring and has since built a global network of more than 100 experienced mentors across multiple countries, industries, and business functions.
